We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect Oracle-based systems and high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective technical designs using Oracle.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization in system architecture.
  • Write efficient PL/SQL code to support business logic and data processing.
  • Integrate Oracle applications with other systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle database systems.
  • Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexes, and database parameters.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle databases and applications.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct performance testing, and implement optimizations for high performance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • National Diploma in IT.
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • 3 years development experience.
  • Financial services industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Technologies: Oracle forms, PLSQL, XML, SVN, ControlM, SQL.
