About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the supply chain function of Fusion Personnel.

The General Manager will be responsible for managing the warehouse operation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels, and that all inventory is accurately tracked and reported. They will also be responsible for managing procurement, including ensuring the buyer is up to date and all orders are received timeously, checking reports 2-3 times per week, and assisting in resolving late supplier deliveries and supply issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the production manager, managing production schedules, monitoring production efficiencies, and resolving production problems.

In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and success, monitoring company KPIs and contributing to the overall strategy of Fusion Personnel.
