About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to spearhead the integration of financial ledgers within our core banking framework. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering: Engage deeply with finance processes and user stories to translate them into clear, prioritized requirements that drive project forward.
  • User Training and Engagement: Work alongside users to understand workflows, remove inefficiencies, and ensure they are fully utilizing the system.
  • Chart of Accounts: Take ownership of the automated chart of accounts, understanding every type of account and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Finance Process Automation: Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency and control.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Finance, Treasury, FP&A, or middle-office banking
  • Solid understanding of financial systems and processes, with a demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, with professional qualifications being an added advantage
