About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quote requests are submitted correctly and within the set timeframes as outlined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks including supplier Purchase Orders and customer Purchase Orders must be completed within the required timeframes.
  • Calculating accurate costings for quotes and proposals.
  • Preparing comprehensive proposals that meet clients' requirements.
  • Presenting product options to clients.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and maintain a beneficial Gross Profit.
  • Suggesting alternative products or services to meet clients' deadlines.
  • Providing first-line sales support to customers via telephone.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and following up on quotations.
  • Maintaining effective communication with external sales executives on all quotations.
  • Handing over quotations with received Purchase Orders to the production team.
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc projects and requests when necessary.
  • Ensuring timely submission of documentation.
  • Maintaining departmental CI knowledge for allocated customers.
  • Performing various administrative duties in the office.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure orders are completed on time and according to company standards.
