At Emporium, we are seeking a skilled Data Migration Consultant to join our team. As a Data Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting new and existing customers with the integrations and migrations of their financial web applications.

The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 with accounting as a subject or a Financial qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree). Experience in a financial position would be an added advantage.

You will also need to be fluent in Afrikaans and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as being outgoing, organized and having a good communicator personality.

  • Solve customers' cases through various contact channels.
  • Migrate customer information from previous financial systems onto our system.
  • Build client relationships while assisting them with queries.
  • Update system training documents.
  • Conduct system training via Zoom to ensure customer users have adequate basic, intermediate, and advanced system knowledge.
