Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet daily requirements.
  • Allocate workflow based on skill set, deadlines, and priority amongst the design team.
  • Oversee multiple portfolios within the design pods, including mentoring designers and working closely with senior colleagues.
  • Represent the Design team at meetings with clients and communicate feedback to the rest of the team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a design-related position.
  • Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field (a bonus).
