About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Claims Resolution Manager to join our team at Mediclinic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage debt collection activities to minimize financial risk.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including debtors, hospitals, medical aids, attorneys, sheriffs, and courts, while maintaining accurate communication records.
Requirements:
  1. A Grade 12 qualification is essential for this role.
Experience:
  1. A minimum of experience in debt collection is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Two to three years of experience in a debt collection environment would be advantageous.
  2. Familiarity with private hospital operations would be beneficial.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Credit control expertise.
  2. Knowledge of debt collection policies, procedures, and legislation.
  3. Proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Packages, Connect, AS400, and Debtpack Enterprise Systems.
