The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Lead to spearhead project delivery across Sub-Saharan Africa. This role will work to evolve a robust and scalable project management framework incorporating best practices, systems, and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust and scalable project management practice in SSA which incorporates best practice principles across systems, processes and people. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing projects for other Choreograph Consulting markets that require additional project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full portfolio of billable projects executed by the SSA market.
  • Partner with the EMEA PMO Lead in developing a best-practice community of PMs in the region.
  • Proactively improve the programme and project management tools and processes used by the team.
  • Hire, manage, and support the development of career and succession plans for PMO team members in SSA.
