A seasoned Civil Engineer with leadership skills is required to lead and shape the future of geometric design across Africa. As a key figure in the company's geometrics discipline, this individual will be responsible for managing project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and developing business strategies for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geometric design and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of geometric design professionals
  • Manage project delivery and ensure technical excellence
  • Develop and implement business strategies for growth
  • Manage client relationships and secure new business opportunities

Qualifications:
  • BEng/BScEng (Civil Engineering) or BTech (Civil Engineering)
  • 10 years with Pr.Eng or 15 years with Pr.Tech (5 years post-registration)
  • SANRAL Design Specialist (DS) experience (2 verifiable projects)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, OpenTrack
  • Knowledge of COTO, FIDIC & GCC
