Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our team at Metropolitan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service
  • 2 years' experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry (advantageous)
  • Martic or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
  • Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
  • Finance or Business related tertiary qualification (desirable)
