Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Communicate Recruitment. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting building management systems, supervising junior technicians, and ensuring compliance with OHSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, including central plants, DX plants, and VRV systems
  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless business operations

Requirements:
  • Red Seal certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (mandatory)
  • SAQCC Gas License for refrigerant handling
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Solid understanding of OHSA regulations and safety procedures
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50kg, work in confined spaces, and endure various environmental conditions
