We are seeking an experienced Adventure Leader to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading groups of guests on guided trails and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a live-in position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led trail excursions for guests
  • Maintained a high level of customer service
  • Ensured staff interaction was professional and courteous
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • FGASA 2 certification
  • Full Trails qualification
  • DEAT registration
  • First Aid certification
  • Advanced Rifle Handling skills
  • Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
  • At least 4 years' experience in hospitality
  • 5* hospitality experience ideal
  • Valid driver's license and PDP
  • Excellent reference
