Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging enquiry-based lessons supported by technology
  • Observe, coach, and mentor Apprentice Teachers
  • Infuse joy and passion for learning into lessons
  • Set and communicate ambitious goals for all students
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress
  • Participate in professional growth opportunities, including instructional coaching and organization-wide learning

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of children and a passion for enquiry-based, student-centered learning. You should also be committed to your own development as a teacher, welcoming constructive feedback and translating it into improvements in your approach.
