To define, develop, and maintain domain architectures and designs for specific business functional/technical areas, ensuring alignment to common technical direction and accomplishment of roadmaps. This involves guiding architects delivering on projects/initiatives within focus area (domain) and providing thought leadership throughout the programme.
- Ensure conformance of domain architecture to approved reference architectures, aligning to strategic and target roadmaps, and develop architecture principles for downstream consumption.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies and follow Agile principles through work outputs and behaviors, striving to reach mature levels on the Continuum model by building own and team competence to work in a continuous delivery environment.
- Align the team in a common technical direction toward accomplishment of solution architecture roadmaps, in cooperation with the Product Manager. Play a critical role in helping the team achieve a common technical direction.
- Analyze complex business problems and needs involving multiple applications, platforms, and database interactions and recommend technology solutions.
Post Graduate Degree (Information Technology/Similar) is required for this position.
This role requires Enterprise Technology & Solutions Architecture experience with a good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency. The ideal candidate will have worked collaboratively across teams and has experience gained in the management of platforms and operating systems.
