About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class safety management practices across all assets. This includes standardizing Safety Management Systems, providing subject matter support to operational teams, and equipping leaders with the tools and processes to take ownership of safety at site level.

Your primary focus will be on driving sustainable safety excellence through continuous review and refinement of systems. You will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Critical risk controls to drive risk reduction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications in safety management, extensive industry experience, and proven leadership skills in safety and risk within the resources sector.
