We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Librarian to join our team at Reddam House Ballito. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in promoting a love of reading and learning among our students.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library collection that meets the needs of our students and staff.
• Design and deliver engaging library programs and events that promote literacy and a love of reading.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources and services into the curriculum.
• Provide individualized support to students to help them develop their reading and research skills.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in library and information services, and apply this knowledge to improve our library programs and services.

• Master's degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Experience working in a school library or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in library software and technology.
