The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a casual basis across multiple sites in the South of the River region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Provide leadership and supervision to care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and administer medications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Complete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations, and Riskman reporting.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership and supervision to care staff.
Essential Criteria- Current AHPRA registration.
- Flu (2024) and Covid vaccinations.
- Valid NDIS screen (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months' old (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Willingness to attend a paid 2-day induction at our Rivervale Training Institute.
