About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and decision-making ability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and service delivery in line with Bayportsa's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and implement solutions, marketing and promotional plans to meet and exceed targets;
  • Manage performance of all agents to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets;
  • Nurture the relationship between branch managers and agents to foster a positive working environment;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy development;
