We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Profile Personnel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that motor vehicle components meet specifications throughout their life cycle. This will involve initiating and managing qualifying programs for new part introductions, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical expertise for complete parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct deviations from specifications
  • Test and evaluate the performance of parts according to specifications
  • Provide technical expertise for complete parts, including material and function
  • Initiate design improvements for complex problems on parts

Requirements:

  • National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Polymer, or Quality
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in the manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle parts, their function, specifications, manufacturing processes, and testing methods
  • Sound technical knowledge of motor vehicle components and systems
  • Ability to interpret drawings and related specifications
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Computer literate (Ms Office)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels within the company and externally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
