Electrical Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team at Lotus HR and Recruitment. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage a team of electricians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete the project.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the project runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
