About the Role
  • Manage a high-level corporate client, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Oversee the onsite corporate store, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand experience team to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Support the team with bespoke and stock order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer analytics, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Administrative Procedures: Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures and systems, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Staff Performance: Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure that all SLAs are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company, facilitating other business operations, and manage schedules and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, quoting, and/or production.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals is beneficial.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and handle customer queries effectively.
