Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP), including reviewing and updating documents as revised by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by liaising with the Regulatory Planning Authority (RPA) on submission of the AMP and maintaining accurate records.
  • Aircraft Task Card Management: Updates new and revised task cards on the Scheduled Airworthiness Management (SAM) system, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
  • Completed Tasks Removal: Removes task cards that are completed or no longer applicable from the SAM system, ensuring that the system remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and Update ICA Documents: Reviews and updates Inspection Certification Authority (ICA) documents on the SAM system, ensuring that they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Engineer Order Loading and Updating: Loads and updates Engineer orders on the SAM system, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monthly CADR List Update: Updates the monthly list of Condition Action Details Requirements (CADRs) for RPA, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • CMM Compliance Record Keeping: Obtains, reviews and updates the Continuing Maintenance Monitoring (CMM) records on the SAM system when required, ensuring that they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Repair Mapping Upload: Uploads repair mapping with repeat inspection on the SAM system, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Aircraft Status Update: Updates the aircraft status with last compliance as tasks get performed, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Delivery Status Reporting: Updates the SAM system with delivery status reports including AWL, CMR, AD's and Repair mapping, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Design Management Limitation Upload: Uploads Design Managements Limitations (DML) to the SAM system with compliance date, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Aircraft Conditioning Report Upload: Uploads Aircraft Conditioning Report items per aircraft as received from Quality Control, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Survey Meeting Participation: Attends survey meetings and assists with corrections or alterations as discussed and agreed upon, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Historical Data Review Assistance: Assists Engineering with reviewing historical data when required, ensuring that lessons are learned and applied to improve future performance.
