BGA Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Mandeni North of Stanger.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and other technologies. They will also provide daily support for computer network users, assist at the help desk, and troubleshoot basic LAN and WiFi issues.

In addition, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, and evaluating new technologies. They will also work on other technological areas as instructed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric qualification
  • IT qualification Comptia A+
  • Studying towards or certified Comptia N+

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT support in a manufacturing environment. They should also possess excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
