About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Major Loss claims with a focus on providing a compassionate and expert experience to our customers. You will be the go-to person, connecting with clients in difficult situations and helping them through the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empathetic Customer Interactions: Manage Major Loss claims with a focus on providing a compassionate, expert experience to our customers.
  • Smooth, Efficient Claims Management: Handle checks, assessments, and all necessary steps to finalize a claim in a timely manner, ensuring we meet daily settlement targets.
  • Contribute To Our Motor Strategy: Play a key role in helping us deliver on our mission of being #100% Motorvated—getting our customers back on the road fast.
  • First-Call Resolution: Be proactive in resolving inquiries and providing solutions during customer calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven background in a high-touch, phone-based customer service role.
  • Empathy & Resilience: The ability to handle sensitive situations with care and maintain composure under pressure.
