In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems within the factory.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you'll conduct major maintenance activities, work closely with the Maintenance Planner to support the operation of equipment on the making and packaging floor, and train Technical Operators, Single Skilled Technicians, and Machine Operators in world-class maintenance techniques.

You'll also serve on improvement teams and assist with emergency repairs, provide support for project work and electrical needs, research ongoing problems, and perform project work as directed.

With your experience and expertise, you'll be able to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, and lead the development of technical skills among team members.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A good understanding of PLC/DCS troubleshooting and PC skills (SAP, Access, Outlook, Excel, Word) is also essential.
