Requisitos

O que você precisará para este papel

Ensino médio completo (Obrigatório) Mínimo de 2-3 anos de experiência em vendas/telemarketing (outbound) em um Centro de Contato (Obrigatório) Necessário ser proficiente em informática (Email, Internet, Word e Excel) Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (verbal e escrita) Excelente etiqueta telefônica Boa compreensão de um sistema de discagem e suas funções Orientado para metas com a capacidade de manter um alto desempenho de forma consistente Uma compreensão clara de um ambiente de centro de contato Uma boa compreensão das métricas de centro de contato e como estas são utilizadas para revisar o desempenho e alcançar os resultados corretos.

Horários e local de trabalho

Turno matutino de segunda a quinta - 08h:00 - 17h:00, sexta - 08h:00 - 15h:00, 2 sábados por mês 09h:00 - 13h:30 Turno vespertino de segunda a quinta - 09h:30 - 19h:00, sexta 08h:00 – 15h:00, sem sábados. Transporte fornecido para turnos tardios nas áreas circunvizinhas.
