Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives to understand their staffing needs, both domestically and internationally.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends in different locations.
  • Manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation assistance.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Leadership experience of minimum 3 people.
  • 5 years in recruitment - preferably with expertise in building recruiter brands.
