Job Overview

This role ensures the EMS integrates seamlessly with Oxyon's energy products and micro / mini-grid devices, driving innovation in energy management solutions. Close collaboration with the CTO and software team is essential to align technical and strategic goals.

  • Main Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of the EMS, from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the EMS meets customer and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of key functionalities.
  • Lead the system design of the EMS to ensure effective integration with Oxyon's battery and energy products.
Technical Requirements

We require a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in EMS, SCADA, IoT, or other industrial control systems, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing system design, development, and deployment in energy or IoT-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of energy management, battery systems, mini-grid systems, and renewable energy integration.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, CAN-bus.
