Helpdesk Consultant

Customer Support Role

At Unique Personnel Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Consultant to join our team. As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in various areas of the system. This will include receiving and resolving inbound queries from customers via phone and email, as well as liaising with the Development team to explain queries and facilitate resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, a minimum of 4 years of experience in the clearing and forwarding industry, and previous experience with Custom Clearing Software Programs. They will also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and resolve problems.
