We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Insurance Administrator to join our Exclusively Remote team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance administration within the construction industry, with a proven track record of handling insurance-related tasks, ensuring compliance, and assisting with documentation and policy management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage insurance documentation for construction projects
- Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Communicate with insurance providers and clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Handle administrative tasks related to insurance and risk management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance administration within the construction industry is a must
- Strong understanding of construction-related insurance policies
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Own laptop and stable fiber/Wi-Fi connection for remote work
- Willingness to commit to long-term employment and work US hours (3 PM - 11 PM SA time)
