Job Title: Mid-Level Systems Analyst – Perm – Hybrid

E-Merge is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and business analysis to design, develop, and implement functional and technical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document client functional and technical system requirements.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement functional and technical system solutions to address client business and system challenges.
  • System Configuration and Development: Configure and develop system solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure successful system implementation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of system solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure system solutions meet client requirements.
  • Solution Verification: Verify that implemented system solutions meet client expectations.
  • System Training: Provide training to clients on system solutions.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure system solutions continue to meet their needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Post-graduate degree advantageous.
  • 3+ years experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on asset classes and business areas.
  • 3+ years experience with Calypso or similar Capital Markets Software Systems.
  • 3+ years experience in Business Analysis and System Configuration and Development.
Role Objectives:
  • Understand and clarify client functional and technical system requirements.
  • Deliver functional and technical system solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ensure implemented system solutions meet client expectations.
  • Ensure client growth in system analysis competence, competitiveness, and innovation.

This is a perm hybrid role based in Rosebank, offering a salary up to R720k per annum.
