We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slitting Machine Operator to join our team at FACT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating our slitting machines to produce high-quality products efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate Slitting Machines with Precision: Ensure that all slitting machines are operated in accordance with established production and waste targets, resulting in high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  2. Maintain Machine Health and Safety: Identify and report any machine-related issues to the maintenance team, and work collaboratively to resolve problems quickly and minimize downtime.
  3. Monitor and Improve Production Efficiency: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize machine performance and reduce waste.
  4. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Work closely with the quality department to ensure that all products meet specified quality norms and comply with industrial safety, food safety, and personal hygiene regulations.
  5. Manage Daily Operations: Maintain accurate records of daily input and output, reconcile consumed raw materials and produced printed materials, and ensure that all plant entry and exit procedures are followed.
  6. Collaborate with Team Members: Foster a positive and safe working environment, and maintain good relationships with machine team members and reporting managers.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or ITI, with 2-6 years of relevant industry experience.
  2. Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, computer skills, and basic applications like MS Office, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
