Job Description

As a Robotics Team Lead at Boikago Human Capital Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and artisans in maintaining robotic equipment and automated production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the 5S standard to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring maintenance toolboxes are well-maintained and easily accessible.
  • Capturing and closing CMs in a timely manner.
  • Completing PMs on a weekly basis within scheduled timing.
  • Collaborating with artisans to identify improvements and implement changes.
  • Developing action plans to prevent re-occurrence of volume losses.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards regulations.
  • Pro-actively planning maintenance during production stops.

Requirements

  • N5-N6 plus Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate, National Diploma/S4 Electrical/Mechatronic.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in the Automotive Industry.
  • At least 2 years supervisory or team leading experience.
  • 3 years manufacturing experience in a body shop environment is advantageous.
  • Fault finding ability, Electrical and Mechanical.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Siemens S7 PLC fault finding and programming skill.
  • Allen Bradley PLC fault finding and programming skill.
  • Kawasaki Robot fault finding and programming skill.
  • HMI – Win CC Scada faultfinding and programming skill.
  • Allen Bradley Scada faultfinding and programming skill.
  • SEW – Drive fault finding and programming skill.
  • Auto Sealer systems.
  • Network interface fault finding, WFI, Profibus.
  • Transfer and hoist systems.
  • Behavioral Skill.
  • English Oral and written communication.

  • Willng to work shifts.
