RecruiTech is a leading tracking company seeking a talented Application Architect to join their growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our company's application.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the company's application.
  • Develop high-quality software solutions that meet our client's operational strategies.
  • Establish technical specifications, including productivity optimisation and quality control for client service standards.
  • Maintain and improve operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, managing system and process improvement pertaining to the company App.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure all development aligns with our company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge up-to-date.
  • Follow Quality Assurance procedures to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–4 years of proven relevant experience and knowledge.
  • Related degree, diploma, or certifications (Computer Science Degree is preferred).
  • Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies.
  • Sound verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills in English.
  • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Agile software development competencies.
