We are seeking an expert-level engineer to lead advanced IT infrastructure projects and provide in-depth support for network, storage, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of critical IT infrastructure
- Provide expert support for networking (CCNP+), VMware, Veeam, and Microsoft Server infrastructure
- Manage and optimize VPN, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
- Ensure SAN storage and FortiGate firewall configurations meet security and performance standards
- Mentor and train junior engineers
Requirements (Essential):
5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
Must have own, fit-for-purpose transport
Certifications (Mandatory):
- CCNP or higher (for network support)
- VCP - VMware Certified Professional 2022 or higher
- VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) or superior
- Microsoft Certified Expert (Server/Cloud solutions)
- Fortinet Certified (FortiGate)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
