Job Overview:
Santam Business is a leading provider of short-term insurance solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Policy Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering commercial lines policies, including servicing broker requests, providing telephonic and email support, and dealing with general insurance and policy specific enquiries. Your key responsibilities will also include assisting in resolving all insurance queries within required timeframes, and undertaking client follow-ups when policies are cancelled.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders/clients. A relevant insurance-related qualification (e.g. NQF level 5) would be advantageous, along with proven work experience in commercial, agriculture policy administration and underwriting within the short-term insurance industry. Minimum of 3 years' experience in short term insurance commercial lines is required.
