Salary

R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement, suppliers, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records of inventory movement, including parts issued to and received from the field.
  • Work closely with the service partner to manage parts sent to and received from the field, utilizing SAP to process transactions efficiently.
Quality Control
  • Implement and maintain quality policies, procedures, and processes established by the company to ensure products and services meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and measure product and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products delivered to customers and received from suppliers to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Diploma or Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Quality Control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer software, with experience using SAP.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
  • Clear Criminal Record and South African Citizenship.
