- Develop and review recommendations based on verified and validated requirements.
- Present solution documentation and implementation plans.

- Design and present epic, feature, user stories, business processes, and process flows.
- Prepare project documentation including functional design specifications, recommendation documentation, detail design documentation, and API documentation.
- Understand business capability/user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.
- Analyze SOAP and REST service specifications.
- Create REST Swaggers.
- Test developed solutions.
- Knowledge of HP Quality Centre to manage and monitor defects.
- Maintain professional conduct at client sites and develop professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile software development environments and methods, e.g., Scrum and Kanban.
- User and technical acceptance test design, execution, and validation.
- Experience with technical planning and overseeing delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A software development background is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and modelling tools (draw.io, Enterprise Architecture, etc.).
- Coordinate activities with development teams and other teams regarding interfaces.
