Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and mentoring Software Quality Engineers across identified delivery teams.
  • BUILDING AND IMPROVING ENGINEERING CAPABILITY.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve Engineering capability.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in software engineering with broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a manager running a portfolio of 20+ technical experts.
