At Telebest, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Design Architect to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in shaping the future of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service design solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists to meet customer requirements
- Identify and document key elements of supplier contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a service architect or service design discipline
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification (ITIL v4 preferred)
- SIAM certification advantageous
- Experience working in a large organisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary & Benefits:
