Purpose and Objectives

As an Expert/Senior Support Engineer in our Center of Expertise (CoE), you will work with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using SAP Technology, specifically Software Logistics, Technical Architecture, and HANA.

You will be responsible for analyzing customer solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to drive business outcomes.

Expectations and Tasks

  1. Deliver technical services within customer engagements, including project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
  2. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP's leading-edge technology.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to address complex technical issues and drive business results.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Technology implementation or support.
  • Proven expertise in SAP ABAP and JAVA based Netweaver systems.
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in performance analysis, databases, hardware layouts, networks, and IT upgrade and migration planning.
