  8. Provide detailed analysis of sales agents' progress through focused classroom and follow-up field training activities.
  9. Champion the successful completion of ad-hoc training programs.

  11. Contribute additional value to the training team by staying informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Completed Matriculation.
  2. Own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or training.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Good judgment and selling techniques.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  10. Coaching and facilitation skills.
  11. Proven track record of exceptional performance.
  12. 3+ years of field training experience in pharmacy.

Salary: Approximately R20k per month + Company Benefits.
