Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies for insurance products, driving profitability through market trend analysis and competitor evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

• Salary: R1,200,000 per annum (approximately USD $80,000)
• Job Description: Develop and implement pricing strategies for insurance products, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to drive profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing models, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A 3-year Actuarial Science Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good progress with actuarial exams
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in pricing or data analytics, preferably in insurance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
