About the Role

The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Director of PR and Marketing Communications to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for two properties: Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff, Johannesburg, and Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti.

This role requires a highly motivated and service-minded individual who is knowledgeable across multiple communications disciplines and can drive memorable guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail.

  • Work collaboratively with the PR and Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with local and international media outlets.
