Fashion Event Coordinator Job Offer:

beBee Professionals is seeking a Fashion Event Coordinator to plan and execute fashion events from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate fashion events, including logistics and timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution

• Develop and manage event budgets and schedules

• Source and manage vendors and suppliers

• Coordinate with designers and artists to create engaging event experiences

• Ensure event safety and security protocols are in place

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning and execution

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of fashion trends and the fashion industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
