Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bianca Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Relevant certifications, such as HACCP or Food Safety Certification
