Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to join our team at Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and update all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and websites, to ensure they are current, engaging, and aligned with our brand and objectives.
  • Targeted Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at corporate clients, schools, and individual customers, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Visit potential clients and partners as required to build relationships and identify new business opportunities, fostering a proactive and friendly personality.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends, using this information to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals, developing marketing plans, setting objectives, and tracking results.
  • Branding & Creative: Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and online content, in line with brand standards, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Reports & Feedback: Submit monthly marketing activity reports, provide feedback on marketing opportunities, and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns, showcasing excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant Qualification: A diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on hospitality, tourism, or real estate.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office suite, with experience using reservation/POS programs and digital marketing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional Demeanor: A professional demeanor and presentation, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Salary:

R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
