Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Curriculum Department by assisting with various processes associated with new module development.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

  1. Complete the new module development process for content writing and moderation of new Module Guides.
  2. Conduct sourcing and contracting of Programme Advisory Members, Module Guide Writers, and Module Guide Moderators.
  3. Provide professional feedback to Module Guide Writers and Moderators, ensuring alignment to MANCOSA's standards.
  4. Track documents as per New Module Development processes.
  5. Compile Curriculum Structures, Programme Information Sheets, and Prescribed and Recommended Readings Lists for new module development.
  6. Compile New Module Development Reports.
  7. Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews.
  8. Attend and compile minutes for meetings.
  9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Contribute to student success by engaging and solving curriculum-related queries.
  11. Format and layout edit New Module Guides according to requirements.
  12. Digitise Module Guides to maintain quality and consistency on the Curriculum Development and Management System.
  13. Participate in regulatory body activities.
  14. Assist during Departmental and institutional functions/events.
  15. Maintain ongoing professional development to upgrade knowledge in the field of expertise.
