About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at RB Consulting. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to align with business goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Design and create engaging visual content, including graphics, GIFs, and videos, using Adobe software
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, and/or Communications
  • Minimum of 5+ years combined social media and graphic design experience
  • Experience working with Adobe programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
