The Finance Process Efficiency Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for streamlining financial processes and improving overall efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and process improvement, with experience in implementing change and driving results.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Work closely with the finance team to establish checks and balances, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Streamline financial processes and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently, reducing redundant or unnecessary steps.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Business Process Management certification advantageous e.g. Lean, Sigma, Oracle and Business analysis.
  • Professional Certifications such as CA(SA) or CIMA are highly desirable.
